FIELD REPORT: Session 48 // ---

Most people are taught the same lesson early:
Survive.
Avoid risk.
Stay back.
Let someone else go first.

But every story worth telling was shaped by someone who didn’t listen.

Hesitation feels wise when danger appears.
But that’s how stories end before they begin.

In every myth, the journey promises consequence.

The brave step forward first.
The responsible walk into violence without becoming it.
The wise don't pretend the world is gentle.

Because danger ignored doesn’t disappear.
It grows teeth.

Run to Danger isn’t about bravado.
It’s about agency.
It's not heroes charging blindly into the dark.
They cross a threshold, once crossed, the world won’t be the same.

The instant before retreat would’ve been easier.
The instant someone chose to act.
This is the work done in silence.
Before the victory is known.
Before the story is sung.
After danger is faced, there is no return to innocence.
Only transformation.

This collection is for those who recognize the moment.
Not because they seek danger-
But because they know what happens if no one answers it.

These designs are relics of that choice.

Some run from the dark.
Some wait to see who survives it.
Some step into it, and shape the world from it.

The archive remembers the shapers.

How to use these charts

The measurements shown in the shart are garment measures. We recommend you pick your favorite tee, lay it flat, and measure it:

  • The width is the distance from armhole to armhole, across the chest.
  • The length is the distance from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
  • The sleeve is the distance from the top of the shoulder to the hem of the sleeve.

Once you have the measurements, compare them to the table above, and pick the closest size.

Where and how are your shirts made?

My shirts are assembled and printed in the USA.

I only print with the highest quality processes available. I'm a total t-shirt snob and I don't feel comfortable selling anything less.

Currently all my shirts are made using Direct to Garment printing. I've printed t-shirts for over 20 years and currently, DTG produces the best looking and feeling, and long-lasting t-shirts in my not so humble opinion.

Who or what is a tsaurus?

t-shirt saurus.

I'm Rex Saurus. I'm an ageless creator from a time long past. In this present incarnation, I make t-shirts mostly. I also write. I take D&D more seriously than the players I run it for.

Who designs this stuff? Is it AI?

It's all me.

I've never had a consistent style. That's why I do different themes each month - to challenge myself to try different styles and methods. Sometimes I feel like painting, sometimes I experiment with AI, sometimes I draw everything with pencil and paper. Sometimes I set stuff on fire.

I approach every design as if there are no established rules - I figure it out as I go. This is definitely not how most professional artists build their business but it's what comes natural to me. I'm more 'creative' than 'artistic.' I enjoy the process of discovery, or 'figuring it out as I go' way more than following one established method. This is how I approach almost everything I do in life.

To be absolutely clear - any time I use generative AI, it's just a small piece of the puzzle. I've been photobashing for a LONG time. I have a long and storied career as a graphic designer, and I see AI generated images the same as using stock images. It's just an extension of the same techniques I've used for decades. I honestly don't think AI can do what I do without me.

If I just used AI to make everything I'd probably have 8,000 designs. That's not what I'm about.
